“We stayed 3 nights. Perfect hotel for a city trip, right in the centre. Good clean rooms and very helpful staff who do everything to satisfy you. Booking an excursion gives you what you pay for; the Halong Bay boat trip for 79 dollars was very good. After returning from a 3-day Sapa excursion, they offered us free breakfast and we could use the facilities (shower, coffee, fruit).”
